Quick Wins
Quick Wins
Quick wins are keywords that are almost ranking on the first page — positions 11-20 — but not quite there yet.
Why Quick Wins Matter
Keywords in positions 11-20 have high potential:
- High impressions — They're close enough to the top that many searchers see them
- Low effort — Often just small improvements can push them onto the first page
- Big impact — First page rankings typically get 90%+ of clicks

How to Win
To move a keyword from position 11-20 to the first page:
1. Check the current ranking page
Is the right page ranking? If a different page is ranking for your target keyword, you may need to adjust your internal linking or content.
2. Improve on-page signals
- Title tag — Include the keyword naturally
- Meta description — Make it compelling and relevant
- Content quality — Ensure the content thoroughly answers the search intent
3. Build internal links
Link to the page from other relevant pages on your site using the target keyword as anchor text.
4. Consider external links
If competitors have more backlinks, earning a few quality links to your page can make the difference.
Filtering Quick Wins
You can filter quick wins by:
- Minimum impressions — Only show keywords with a certain level of exposure
- Position range — Focus on positions 11-15, 16-20, etc.
